Zurn Elkay Promotes Dave Pauli to CFO

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation (NYSE: ZWS) has announced the promotion of Dave Pauli to the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Pauli, 42, will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, treasury, reporting, tax, internal audit, and investor relations. This promotion comes as Mark Peterson, who has served as CFO since 2011, transitions to the role of Chief Administrative Officer.

Pauli joined Zurn Elkay in 2012 as an assistant corporate controller and has since gained experience across various facets of the company. He most recently served as the corporate controller, adding investor relations to his responsibilities in 2021.
