Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE: CAT) has announced the appointment of Nazzic S. Keene, the former CEO of Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), to its board of directors, effective Nov. 1. Keene, who retired in 2023 after serving as CEO and director of SAIC for four years, brings a wealth of experience in driving growth and change in the information technology industry. She will serve on Caterpillar’s nominating & governance committee and compensation & human resources committee.
