The notes will bear interest at a rate of 6.077% per annum. The net proceeds from the sale of the notes will be used for general corporate purposes, and the offering is expected to close on September 9, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
The offering is being made under BAM’s existing base shelf prospectus filed in the United States and Canada and pursuant to an effective registration statement on Form F-10 on file with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (File No. 333-287429).
