Edgewell COO Departs, No Replacement Planned

Edgewell Personal Care Company (NYSE: EPC) announced a change in its leadership structure as Chief Operating Officer Dan Sullivan is set to depart the company, effective October 1, 2025. This departure has led to the decision not to replace the role of Chief Operating Officer. Instead, the company will implement a regional hub structure, comprising North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America, designed to create efficiencies, enhance accountability, and accelerate decision-making across all markets.
