Holleran, who brings over 30 years of executive experience from leading industrial companies. Since 2019, Holleran has served as Director, President, and CEO of Hayward Holdings, Inc. Prior to this, he held various leadership roles at Textron, Inc., Terex Corporation, and Ingersoll Rand.
Additionally, Kathleen E. Pitre, Senior Vice President and President of Beverage Packaging, North and Central America at Ball Corporation, was elected to the board during the company's Annual Shareholders' Meeting in June 2025. With over twenty years of experience at Ball Corporation, Pitre has held roles as Chief Commercial and Sustainability Officer, and leadership positions in Public Affairs, Communications, and Corporate Relations.
