Armstrong World Industries Appoints New Board Members

Armstrong World Industries, a leader in interior and exterior architectural applications, has expanded its Board of Directors by appointing Kevin P. Holleran, who brings over 30 years of executive experience from leading industrial companies. Since 2019, Holleran has served as Director, President, and CEO of Hayward Holdings, Inc. Prior to this, he held various leadership roles at Textron, Inc., Terex Corporation, and Ingersoll Rand.

Additionally, Kathleen E. Pitre, Senior Vice President and President of Beverage Packaging, North and Central America at Ball Corporation, was elected to the board during the company's Annual Shareholders' Meeting in June 2025. With over twenty years of experience at Ball Corporation, Pitre has held roles as Chief Commercial and Sustainability Officer, and leadership positions in Public Affairs, Communications, and Corporate Relations.

Armstrong's President and CEO, Vic Grizzle, expressed his pleasure in welcoming Kathleen and Kevin to the board, highlighting the breadth of their experience in different industrial and manufacturing companies. He believes their expertise will serve Armstrong well as the company executes its growth strategy and pursues operational and commercial excellence.

In 2024, Armstrong reported $1.4 billion in revenue with approximately 3,800 employees and a manufacturing network of 21 facilities, along with seven facilities dedicated to its WAVE joint venture.
