George Holding Joins Trump Media & Technology Board

Former Congressman George Holding has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Trump Media and Technology Group Corp. (TMTG) in place of Linda McMahon, who stepped down to become the Secretary of Education in the Trump Administration. TMTG CEO and Chairman Devin Nunes expressed gratitude for McMahon's contributions and welcomed Holding, citing his extensive experience as a congressman and in legal matters as valuable to the board as TMTG seeks to diversify and explore potential mergers and acquisitions.

Since 2021, Holding has worked as a Managing Director of Government Relations for Blackstone, Inc. and previously served as a Member of Congress from 2013 to 2021. He brings a wealth of experience, having served on various committees and in legal roles, handling a wide range of issues including tax, trade, healthcare, foreign affairs, national security, and intellectual property.

TMTG's mission is to provide a platform for free expression, operating Truth Social as a safe harbor for free speech and Truth+ as a family-friendly TV streaming platform. It is also launching Truth.Fi, a financial services and FinTech brand incorporating America First investment vehicles.
