Crown Castle (CCI) appoints Katherine Motlagh to its Board of Directors

Crown Castle Inc. (NYSE: CCI) has appointed Katherine Motlagh to its board of directors, effective March 17, 2025. Ms. Motlagh brings extensive financial, investment, and telecom industry experience to the board, having previously served as the CFO of CyrusOne LLC and the CFO of the Europe, Africa, and Latin America regions of American Tower Corporation.

During her tenure at CyrusOne LLC, Ms. Motlagh was responsible for the company's accounting, finance, capital markets, tax, procurement, and investor relations functions. At American Tower Corporation, she led a global finance organization of over 300 employees. Earlier in her career, she held divisional CFO roles and various finance and accounting leadership positions at Ericsson, Inc., Nokia, Inc., and Nextel Communications, Inc.

Ms. Motlagh holds a master's degree from the Academy of Finance in Moscow and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. She has also previously served on the national and European board of the Institute of Management Accountants and is a Certified Management Accountant.

P. Robert Bartolo, chair of the Crown Castle board of directors, expressed confidence in Ms. Motlagh's insights being extremely valuable as the company undergoes a transformation to a pure-play tower business.
