Waste Connections Shareholder Meeting Results

Waste Connections, Inc. has announced the results of its annual meeting of shareholders, which took place on May 16, 2025. All eight director nominees were nominated and elected as directors of the company. The detailed results of the vote show that each director received a significant majority of votes for their election, with percentages ranging from 92.71% to 99.17%.
