Ian Walsh Joins Helios Technologies Board

Helios Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: HLIO) has announced the appointment of Ian Walsh to its board of directors, effective June 5, 2025. Walsh, who brings 35 years of extensive leadership experience in the commercial aerospace and defense industry, will also serve on the board’s audit committee and governance committee.

Previously, Walsh served as the Chief Executive Officer of FDH Aero and held leadership roles at Kaman Aerospace Corporation, the Rev Group, and Textron Inc. At Textron, he led Tru Simulation + Training as the President and CEO, and also held various leadership roles at Textron Systems.
