Cheniere Energy Declares $0.500 Quarterly Dividend

Cheniere Energy, Inc. ("Cheniere") has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.500 per common share, payable on August 18, 2025, to shareholders of record as of August 8, 2025.

Cheniere is the leading producer and exporter of liquefied natural gas ("LNG") in the United States. The company has one of the largest liquefaction platforms in the world, consisting of the Sabine Pass and Corpus Christi liquefaction facilities on the U.S. Gulf Coast, with a total production capacity of over 46 million tonnes per annum ("mtpa") of LNG in operation and an additional 8+ mtpa of expected production capacity under construction.

In the previous quarter, Cheniere did not declare any dividends, so this announcement represents a change in the company's dividend policy.
