Morningstar, Inc. (NASDAQ: MORN) has declared a quarterly dividend of 45.5 cents per share, consistent with the dividend paid in April. The dividend is payable on July 31, 2025, to shareholders of record as of July 11, 2025.

As of March 31, 2025, Morningstar's investment advisory subsidiaries had approximately $341 billion in assets under management (AUM). The company operates through wholly-owned subsidiaries in 32 countries.
