Arbor Realty Trust Announces Pricing of $500M Senior Notes Offering

Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. has announced that its subsidiary, Arbor Realty SR, Inc., has priced an offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 7.875% senior notes due 2030. The offering is expected to close on July 9, 2025. The issuer intends to use a portion of the net proceeds of the offering to refinance, redeem, or otherwise repay Arbor’s remaining outstanding 7.50% convertible notes due 2025 and use any remaining proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
