Vital Farms Appoints William B. Cyr to Board

Vital Farms (NASDAQ: VITL) has appointed William B. (Billy) Cyr to its board of directors effective July 1, 2025. Cyr, an accomplished business leader with over 40 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods space, has previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of Freshpet, Inc., and also held leadership positions at Sunny Delight Beverages Co. and Procter & Gamble.

With this appointment, Vital Farms now has nine board members, and Cyr will serve on the board's audit committee, replacing current audit committee member Karl Khoury, who will join the board's nominating and governance committee. Khoury, in turn, will replace Denny Marie Post, who will continue to serve as the board's lead independent director.
