Nabors Industries Appoints David J. Tudor to Board

Nabors Industries Ltd. (NYSE: NBR) has appointed David J. Tudor to its board, effective July 24, 2025, expanding the board to eight members. Mr. Tudor, aged 66, currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Associated Electric Cooperative Inc. He brings extensive experience in the energy industry, having held leadership positions in various organizations and currently serving on the board of directors of Cox Health Foundation.

During the past five years, Mr. Tudor has served as a director of the National Renewables Cooperative Organization and Woodway Energy Infrastructure.
