Keysight Technologies, Inc. has reported its financial results for the third fiscal quarter ended July 31, 2025. The company's revenue for the quarter was $1.35 billion, showing notable growth from $1.22 billion in the third quarter of 2024.
The GAAP net income for the quarter was $191 million, or $1.10 per share, compared to $389 million, or $2.22 per share, in the third quarter of 2024. On a non-GAAP basis, net income was $297 million, or $1.72 per share, up from $275 million, or $1.57 per share in the third quarter of 2024.
Cash flow from operations saw a significant increase, reaching $322 million compared to $255 million in the same period last year. In terms of reporting segments, the Communications Solutions Group (CSG) reported revenue of $940 million, reflecting an 11% increase from the prior year. The Electronic Industrial Solutions Group (EISG) reported revenue of $412 million, also up 11% from the prior year.
Looking ahead, Keysight's fourth fiscal quarter of 2025 revenue is expected to be in the range of $1.370 billion to $1.390 billion. Non-GAAP earnings per share for the fourth fiscal quarter of 2025 are expected to be in the range of $1.79 to $1.85. The company anticipates a fiscal year 2025 revenue growth of approximately 7%, with non-GAAP earnings per share growth expected to be around 13% at the midpoint of fourth-quarter guidance.
