Horizon Bancorp Raises $103.5 Million in Stock Offering

Horizon Bancorp, Inc. has announced the successful closing of a common stock offering, which included the sale of 7,138,050 shares of its common stock at a price of $14.50 per share. As of June 30, 2025, their retail offerings included prime residential and other secured consumer lending, personal banking, wealth management solutions, business banking, and treasury management services. Commercial lending represented over half of the total loans.

The joint book-running managers for the offering were Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc., a Stifel company, and Performance Trust Capital Partners, LLC.
