Westlake Corp (WLK) Acquires ACI's Global Compounding Solutions Business

Westlake Corporation (NYSE: WLK) has recently announced its agreement to acquire the global compounding solutions businesses of the ACI/Perplastic Group ("ACI"). This acquisition is expected to bring expansion for Westlake's Housing & Infrastructure Products (HIP) segment.

For the twelve months ended December 31, 2024, ACI reported net sales of approximately EUR 210 million.

The transaction is anticipated to close in early 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, including receipt of certain regulatory approvals.
