Victoria’s Secret & Co. has reported strong financial results for the second quarter of 2025. The company's net sales for the quarter were $1.459 billion, showing a 3% increase compared to $1.417 billion for the same period in 2024. The total comparable sales for the second quarter of 2025 increased by 4%.
However, the operating income for the quarter decreased to $41 million from $62 million in the second quarter of 2024. Net income for the second quarter of 2025 was $16 million, or $0.20 per diluted share, a decrease from the net income of $32 million, or $0.40 per diluted share, for the second quarter of 2024.
Adjusted operating income for the second quarter of 2025 was $55 million, higher than the previously communicated guidance range of $15 million to $35 million, but lower than last year's second quarter adjusted operating income of $62 million. Adjusted net income for the second quarter of 2025 was $27 million, or $0.33 per diluted share, also exceeding the previously communicated guidance range of adjusted net income per diluted share of $0.00 to $0.15, but lower than last year’s second quarter adjusted net income of $31 million, or $0.40 per diluted share.
Looking ahead, the company is raising its full-year outlook for net sales to a range of $6.330 billion to $6.410 billion, compared to the previous guidance of $6.2 billion to $6.3 billion. The adjusted operating income for the full year is expected to be in the range of $270 million to $320 million.
For the third quarter of 2025, the company is forecasting net sales to be in the range of $1.390 billion to $1.420 billion, compared to last year’s third quarter net sales of $1.347 billion. The adjusted operating loss for the third quarter of 2025 is expected to be in the range of $35 million to $55 million, and the adjusted net loss per share for the third quarter of 2025 is estimated to be in the range of $0.55 to $0.75.
