Tecnoglass, Inc. (NYSE: TGLS) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share for the third quarter of 2025, amounting to $0.60 per share on an annualized basis. Shareholders of record as of September 30, 2025, will receive the dividend on October 31, 2025.
