RLI CFO Todd Bryant to Retire After 30+ Years

RLI Corp. (NYSE: RLI) has announced that Todd Bryant, the Chief Financial Officer, will retire from the CFO role on December 31, 2025, after more than 30 years with the company. Aaron Diefenthaler, currently the Chief Investment Officer & Treasurer, will succeed Bryant as Chief Financial Officer, effective January 1, 2026.

Bryant, who has served as CFO since 2019, will remain in an advisory role through mid-year 2026 to support the transition of responsibilities. Diefenthaler, who joined RLI in 2012, has been instrumental in guiding the company's investment and business development strategies.

RLI Corp. is a specialty insurer serving niche property, casualty, and surety markets, offering products through its insurance subsidiaries RLI Insurance Company, Mt. Hawley Insurance Company, and Contractors Bonding and Insurance Company. All of RLI’s subsidiaries are rated A+ "Superior" by AM Best Company.
