Buckle Inc Reports 9.3% Increase in Net Sales

The Buckle, Inc. has reported a strong performance in its latest financial results. Net sales for the 13-week fiscal quarter ended November 1, 2025, increased by 9.3 percent to $320.8 million from the same period last year. Comparable store net sales for the quarter also showed a significant increase, rising by 8.3 percent.

Online sales have been a particularly strong area of growth for the company, with a 13.6 percent increase to $53.0 million for the quarter. This trend is consistent for the 39-week fiscal period, where online sales increased by 11.6 percent to $142.9 million compared to the same period in the previous year.

Net income for the third quarter of fiscal 2025 was $48.7 million, or $0.97 per share ($0.96 per share on a diluted basis), compared with net income of $44.2 million, or $0.89 per share ($0.88 per share on a diluted basis) for the third quarter of fiscal 2024. For the 39-week fiscal period ended November 1, 2025, net income was reported at $128.9 million, or $2.57 per share ($2.55 per share on a diluted basis), compared with net income of $118.3 million, or $2.37 per share ($2.35 per share on a diluted basis) for the same period in the previous year.

The company also noted a slight decrease in the total number of retail stores, with 442 stores in 42 states at the end of the fiscal quarter, compared with 445 stores in 42 states at the end of the third quarter of fiscal 2024.
