Aon (AON) Reports Strong Growth in Q4 2025

Free cash flow (non-GAAP) for the full year 2025 increased by 14% to $3.218 billion.

The company has introduced its 2026 guidance, expecting mid-single-digit or greater organic revenue growth, 70 to 80 basis points of adjusted operating margin expansion, strong adjusted EPS growth, and double-digit free cash flow growth.
