WisdomTree Reports Record $144.5B AUM

WisdomTree, a global financial innovator, has reported its financial results for the fourth quarter of 2025. The company achieved a record $144.5 billion in assets under management (AUM), representing a 5.3% increase from the previous quarter, driven by market appreciation and AUM related to the acquisition of Ceres Partners, LLC.

The company reported $147.4 million of operating revenues, marking a 17.4% increase from the prior quarter, attributed to revenues from the Ceres acquisition, higher average AUM, and higher other revenues from European listed exchange-traded products (ETPs).

Net income for the quarter was $40.0 million, or $41.2 million as adjusted. Diluted earnings per share stood at $0.28, or $0.29 as adjusted.

The average advisory fee remained unchanged at 0.35%, while the adjusted revenue yield saw a 4 basis point increase from the prior quarter, reaching 0.42%.

The company reported 320 basis points of annual operating margin expansion compared to the prior year, with a 83.2% gross margin and a 40.5% operating income margin (41.7% as adjusted).

The company also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.03 per share, payable on February 25, 2026.

In terms of AUM, at the end of the fourth quarter of 2025, WisdomTree reported $144.5 billion, compared to $137.2 billion in the prior quarter and $109.8 billion in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Net outflows for the quarter were $(0.3) billion, driven primarily by outflows from fixed income products, partly offset by inflows into international developed equity products.

The company's operating income margin increased by 4.2 points from the prior quarter, primarily due to an increase in revenues arising from the Ceres acquisition.

In a statement, WisdomTree's COO and President, Jarrett Lilien, highlighted strong momentum, delivering $8.5 billion in net inflows and approximately 8% organic growth.

Meanwhile, WisdomTree's CEO, Jonathan Steinberg, emphasized the company's diversified and scalable platform delivering growth across various asset classes, geographies, and channels.

In terms of annual performance, operating revenues increased by 15.4% compared to 2024, while operating expenses increased by 10.0% during the same period.

The company also provided updates on recent business developments, including strategic investments, industry recognitions, and product launches.
