With over 30 years of experience in senior financial and operational roles, Mr. Kapoor retired as the Executive Vice President and CFO of Spirit AeroSystems in 2019. Prior to this, he held leadership positions at industry-leading defense and aviation sector companies, including Raytheon from 2004 to 2013 and United Technologies from 1990 to 2004. During his tenure at Raytheon, Kapoor led the integrated air and missile defense systems, including the patriot and hawk programs, doubling revenue over a three-year period.
In addition to his extensive industry experience, Kapoor has significant board experience, serving on the boards of Crane Company (NYSE: CR), Saab, Inc., and Black & Veatch. He holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from the Indian Institute of Technology.
