PulteGroup, Inc. has announced the appointment of Kristin Gannon, Managing Director at Eastdil Secured, as a new independent director to its Board, effective February 10, 2026. Ms. Gannon will serve on the Nominating and Governance Committee and the Audit Committee.
Kristin Gannon brings more than two decades of deep experience in real estate finance, strategic advisory, and capital markets. She is currently a Managing Director at Eastdil Secured, a global real estate investment bank providing commercial real estate and capital markets expertise, where she serves as global co-head of the firm’s Corporate Advisory and M&A Group.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Gannon held senior investment banking roles at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, where she led real estate coverage and executed complex M&A and capital markets transactions across the industry. Over the course of her career, she has advised on more than $150 billion in real estate mergers, financings, and strategic transactions.
