Cincinnati Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: CINF) has reported its fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 results, showcasing significant growth and increases in various financial metrics compared to the previous year.
In the fourth quarter of 2025, the company reported a net income of $676 million, or $4.29 per share, a substantial increase from $405 million, or $2.56 per share, in the fourth quarter of 2024. This represents a 67% increase in net income.

This increase was attributed to after-tax net increases of $237 million from net investment gains, $21 million from property casualty underwriting profit, and $20 million from investment income.
Furthermore, the book value per share at December 31, 2025, stood at $102.35, marking a $13.24 increase since year-end 2024.
In terms of revenue data, Cincinnati Financial reported a 10% increase in earned premiums for the fourth quarter of 2025, amounting to $2.592 billion compared to $2.365 billion in the fourth quarter of 2024. For the full year 2025, earned premiums totaled $9.983 billion, a 12% increase from $8.889 billion in 2024.
The company's investment income, net of expenses, also experienced growth, reaching $305 million in the fourth quarter of 2025, up 9% from $280 million in the same period of 2024. For the full year 2025, the investment income totaled $1.165 billion, a 14% increase from $1.025 billion in 2024.
