AAR Corp. Appoints Dylan Wolin as New CFO

AAR Corp. has appointed Dylan Wolin as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective February 23, 2026. Wolin is no stranger to AAR, having previously led strategic and corporate development, treasury, and investor relations functions from 2017 to 2024. He played a significant role in the company's portfolio repositioning, capital markets activities, and strategic planning during his prior tenure.

Wolin brings a wealth of experience from his time at Federal Signal Corporation, where he served as president of the company's primarily municipal-focused specialty vehicle businesses. Before that, he was a director in Boeing's corporate development group and a vice president in Deutsche Bank's global industrials group.

AAR's Chairman, President, and CEO, John M. Holmes, expressed his excitement about Wolin rejoining the senior leadership team, highlighting his instrumental role in developing the company's current strategy. Holmes also thanked Sarah Flanagan for her service as the interim CFO, noting her value to the team and looking forward to her continued leadership in the finance organization.

Wolin expressed his eagerness to partner with the AAR team to drive the continued execution of the company's growth strategy. Following Wolin's appointment, Sarah Flanagan will return to her previous role as Vice President, Financial Operations.

In addition to the appointment of the new CFO, AAR reaffirmed its guidance for the third fiscal quarter and full fiscal year, which was issued on January 6, 2026. This move indicates the company's confidence in its financial outlook for the upcoming periods. Today the company's shares have moved -0.62% to a price of $105.08.
