Impressive Growth – LCI Industries Surges in Q4 2025

LCI Industries (NYSE: LCII) has reported its fourth-quarter and full-year financial results for 2025, showcasing impressive growth and performance. In the fourth quarter of 2025, the company saw a 16% increase in net sales to $933 million, driven primarily by organic growth in the RV OEM segment. Operating profit margin expanded by 180 basis points to 3.8% from 2.0%, and net income increased by 96% to $19 million.

Diluted earnings per share more than doubled to $0.77 from $0.37, and adjusted net income increased by 138% to $22 million, with adjusted diluted EPS reaching $0.89 from $0.37. Adjusted EBITDA also saw a substantial increase of 53% to $70 million, or 7.5% of net sales.

For the full year 2025, net sales increased by 10% to $4.1 billion, with operating profit margin expanding by 100 basis points to 6.8%. Net income for the full year increased by 32% to $188 million, and diluted earnings per share increased by 35% to $7.57 from $5.60. Adjusted net income and adjusted diluted EPS also showed significant increases of 33% and 35%, respectively. Adjusted EBITDA for the full year increased by 19% to $408 million, or 10% of net sales.

The company also highlighted strong cash flows from operations of $331 million for the year ended December 31, 2025, and a return of $243 million to shareholders in the form of dividends and share repurchases during 2025. LCI Industries maintained a strong liquidity position of $818 million, comprising $223 million of cash and cash equivalents and $595 million of availability on its revolving credit facility at December 31, 2025.

In terms of outlook, the company expects revenue of $4.2 billion to $4.3 billion for 2026, with an operating profit margin of 7.5% to 8.0% and adjusted EPS of $8.25 to $9.25.

LCI Industries' President and CEO, Jason Lippert, emphasized the company's strategic execution, operational excellence, and diversification as key drivers for its strong performance in 2025. He noted the significant growth opportunities across multiple end markets and the company's strong competitive position heading into 2026.
