Lineage, Inc. also provided detailed insights into its cost of operations, including labor, power, and other warehouse costs within its global warehousing segment, as well as third-party carrier charges and costs associated with operating assets within its global integrated solutions segment. The company also highlighted its general and administrative expenses, acquisition, transaction, and other expenses, goodwill impairment, and restructuring, impairment, and (gain) loss on disposals, shedding light on the various factors influencing its financial results.

The 10-K report also discussed the key factors affecting Lineage, Inc.'s business and financial results, including market conditions, inflation and customer rate increases, occupancy and throughput, and the impact of the global pandemic on its operations.
