Centuri Holdings has added Steven Nielsen to its board of directors, expanding the board to nine members.
Nielsen spent 31 years at Dycom Industries, including 25 years as chairman and chief executive officer from March 1999 to 2024. During that period, Dycom’s revenue grew from under $200 million to more than $4.5 billion.
He will serve as an independent director and is scheduled to stand for election at Centuri’s 2026 annual meeting of shareholders. Centuri said the appointment is effective immediately.
The move brings a longtime specialty contracting executive onto a board that now has nine directors. Today the company's shares have moved 4.2% to a price of $27.80. For more information, read the company's full 8-K submission here.
