Nu Skin Enterprises named Chelsea Lantz interim chief financial officer effective immediately, after James Thomas stepped down to pursue an outside opportunity.
Lantz has been corporate controller since 2023 and joined the company in 2011. Nu Skin said she has led cost-improvement efforts that resulted in a significant year-over-year increase in EPS. The company also said its finance team has spent the past year working to improve operational performance and strengthen the balance sheet.
The board has started a formal search for a permanent CFO replacement.
Ryan Napierski said Thomas served Nu Skin for 16 years. Lantz came to the company from PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she led financial audits and internal controls for public and private companies.
The company's shares are now trading at a price of $11.54. For the full picture, make sure to review NU SKIN ENTERPRISES, INC.'s 8-K report.
