Dycom Industries has appointed Raejeanne Skillern to its board of directors, effective March 24, 2026.
Skillern brings more than 30 years of experience across hyperscale cloud, data center infrastructure, communications and artificial intelligence. At Amazon Web Services, where she served as vice president and chief marketing officer from 2023 to 2025, she led a global organization of 2,500 employees. Before that, she was president of Flex’s communications, enterprise and cloud division from 2019 to 2023, overseeing a multi-billion-dollar P&L. Earlier in her career, she spent 25 years at Intel from 1994 to 2019, where she built the company’s hyperscale data center business.
Dycom said the appointment adds operational and strategic experience in the markets it serves, including telecommunications infrastructure, cloud and data center-related construction, and utility services. Skillern also currently sits on the board of Jabil, a role she took on in January 2026, and previously served on the board of Lattice Semiconductor from 2022 to 2024. Today the company's shares have moved 1.36% to a price of $370.61. If you want to know more, read the company's complete 8-K report here.
