News Corp Buys Back $138.98M in Shares

News Corp reported another day of share repurchases under its 2025 buy-back program, with the company buying back 86,681 securities on the previous day for US$2.09 million. That compares with 3.62 million securities repurchased before that day for US$87.73 million.

The company said it has now purchased about US$138.98 million of Class A and Class B shares under the program, which authorizes up to US$1 billion of repurchases. The latest filing showed the highest price paid in the program at US$27.21 on Feb. 2, 2026, and the lowest at US$22.20 on Feb. 9, 2026.

News Corp said 366,490,917 Class A shares are on issue in the class subject to the buy-back. The repurchases are being handled by Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and are being made in U.S. dollars.
