Rumble said March 26 that Mike Masci will become chief financial officer effective March 31, replacing Brandon Alexandroff, who will move into a strategic adviser role to CEO Chris Pavlovski.
Masci is coming from Intel, where he was vice president of product management for the edge computing group and also served as group CFO of the datacenter network platforms group. Rumble said his background spans AI, cloud infrastructure, hyperscale datacenters, infrastructure-as-a-service, FP&A and M&A.
The leadership change comes as Rumble looks to expand its platform and cloud services and as it eyes the AI infrastructure opportunity tied to its pending acquisition of Northern Data.
Rumble said Alexandroff had been a key part of the company’s growth and will remain involved in the business in his new advisory role. The market has reacted to these announcements by moving the company's shares 0.0% to a price of $6.04. If you want to know more, read the company's complete 8-K report here.
