SS Innovations' SSI Mantra System Expands to Four New Countries

SS Innovations said its SSI Mantra surgical robotic system has now cleared regulatory hurdles in four more countries — Colombia, Oman, Sri Lanka and Kenya — bringing the total number of approved markets to 11.

The newest approvals came in November 2025 for Colombia and Oman, and in January 2026 for Sri Lanka and Kenya. The company said the system is already approved in India, Ecuador, Guatemala, Indonesia, the Philippines, Ukraine and the United Arab Emirates.

As of December 31, 2025, SS Innovations reported a cumulative installed base of 168 SSI Mantra systems across 10 countries. That was paired with 7,885 cumulative surgeries, including 390 cardiac procedures and 121 pediatric surgeries.

The company also said more than 150 telesurgeries have been performed using the system.

SS Innovations said it expects U.S. FDA review of its 510(k) filing to finish by mid-2026 and said it is pursuing European Union CE marking in 2026. Following these announcements, the company's shares moved 1.44%, and are now trading at a price of $4.93. For more information, read the company's full 8-K submission here.
