Flutter Entertainment said independent director Alfred F. Hurley Jr. will retire at the company’s 2026 annual general meeting on May 29, ending a 10-year board term that began in June 2016.
Hurley will not stand for re-election at the meeting. From the conclusion of that AGM, Nancy Dubuc will take over as chair of the Compensation and Human Resources Committee.
Chair John Bryant said Hurley served for 10 years and played a significant role during Flutter’s U.S. listing transition, as well as in overseeing the compensation and human resources committee.
