Lineage said it will phase out Chief Information Officer and Chief Transformation Officer Sudarsan Thattai, who plans to retire in April 2027 after 13 years with the company.
The transition starts immediately: day-to-day leadership of the company’s global IT and technology organization will move to Chris Johnson, vice president of technology projects, while Thattai stays on as chief transformation officer through the transition period.
Thattai joined Lineage in 2013 and helped build the company’s IT and innovation platform, including Linos, its proprietary warehouse execution technology.
Lineage described itself as operating more than 500 facilities totaling about 88 million square feet and roughly 3.1 billion cubic feet of capacity across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. As a result of these announcements, the company's shares have moved -3.55% on the market, and are now trading at a price of $33.65.
