Occidental Petroleum said first-quarter 2026 average diluted shares outstanding were 1,006.9 million.
Oil realizations came in at $69.91 a barrel worldwide, with U.S. crude averaging $70.31 and international crude $67.59. That compared with benchmark prices of $71.93 a barrel for WTI and $77.93 for Brent, putting worldwide oil realizations at 97% of WTI and 90% of Brent.
Natural gas liquids averaged $18.99 a barrel worldwide, including $18.45 in the U.S. and $23.52 internationally. Relative to WTI, worldwide NGL realizations were 26%.
Natural gas realizations averaged $1.20 per thousand cubic feet worldwide, with U.S. gas at $1.01 and international gas at $1.93.
