Boston Omaha Corporation (NYSE: BOC) has announced the date for its 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, scheduled to take place on September 20, 2024, at The Salvation Army Omaha Kroc Center – Joyce Mammel Assembly Hall, 2825 Y Street, Omaha, NE 68107. The meeting will commence at 10:00 a.m. Central Time and will be held in person with no remote streaming.

The company has also revised the deadline for stockholder proposals and director nominations for consideration at the 2024 Annual Meeting to the close of business on June 14, 2024. This change is due to the meeting being held more than 30 days from the anniversary date of the Company's 2023 Annual Meeting, thus rendering the previous deadlines invalid.
