Veris Residential, Inc. (NYSE: VRE) has announced a public offering of 10,500,000 shares of its common stock, with the underwriters having an option to purchase an additional 1,575,000 shares. The company plans to use the net proceeds from the offering to fund its pending acquisition of 55 Riverwalk Place, a 348-unit residential asset with 48,000 square feet of retail space.
