RPM International Announces Retirement of Senior VP and General Counsel

RPM International Inc. (NYSE: RPM) has announced the retirement of Edward W. Moore, the company's senior vice president, general counsel, and chief compliance officer. Tracy D. Crandall, the current vice president—compliance and sustainability and associate general counsel, has been elected as the new vice president, general counsel, and chief compliance officer effective October 4, 2024.

Edward W. Moore, who joined RPM in 2006, has played a significant role in the company's growth, overseeing the legal and compliance department as RPM's revenue increased from $3 billion to over $7 billion. Tracy D. Crandall, who joined RPM in 2010, has been elected as Moore's successor.
