Fortive Corp Reports Revenue Decrease in 2024

Fortive Corporation has released unaudited financial measures assuming Ralliant Corporation as a discontinued operation for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2024, 2023, and 2022, as well as the first quarter of 2025, and the first, second, third, and fourth quarters of 2024 and 2023.

The selected financial data shows that for the fiscal year 2024, Fortive reported a revenue of $7.2 billion, a decrease from the $7.5 billion reported in 2023. However, the net earnings attributable to common stockholders saw an increase from $913.6 million in 2023 to $1.1 billion in 2024.

Additionally, for the first quarter of 2025, Fortive's revenue amounted to $1.8 billion, compared to $1.9 billion in the first quarter of 2024. The net earnings attributable to common stockholders for the first quarter of 2025 were $243.2 million, down from $261.4 million in the same period in 2024.

The supplemental non-GAAP measures for Fortive assuming Ralliant as discontinued operations also indicate a decrease in adjusted operating margin from 22.6% in 2023 to 22.1% in 2024.
