Fortive Corp Exceeds 2025 Financial Guidance

Fortive Corporation ("Fortive") (NYSE: FTV) has reported its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2025. The company delivered a full year 2025 GAAP diluted net EPS of $1.59 and adjusted diluted net EPS of $2.71, exceeding the high end of the guidance range.

In the fourth quarter of 2025, Fortive saw reported revenue growth of 4.6% and core revenue growth of 3.3%. The company executed an incremental $265 million of share repurchases in the quarter, bringing total second half repurchases to approximately $1.3 billion, representing around 26 million shares or approximately 8% of diluted shares outstanding.

For the full year 2025, Fortive achieved revenue of $4.16 billion, up 1.9% year-over-year, with core revenue up 1.7%. The company reported GAAP net income of $533 million, up 10% year-over-year, and adjusted EBITDA of $1,233 million, up 6.1% year-over-year. Additionally, Fortive deployed $1.6 billion towards share repurchases in the fiscal year 2025.

Looking ahead, the company is initiating its full year 2026 adjusted EPS guidance of $2.90 to $3.00. Fortive anticipates adjusted diluted net earnings per share of $2.90 to $3.00 for the full year 2026.

In the fourth quarter of 2025, the Intelligent Operating Solutions segment saw revenue of $770 million, up 5.3% year-over-year (4.1% core growth), while the Advanced Healthcare Solutions segment reported revenue of $353 million, representing a 3.2% increase (1.6% core growth) compared to the same period in the previous year.

For the full year 2025, the Intelligent Operating Solutions segment achieved revenue of $2.856 billion, up 2.3% year-over-year (2.1% core growth), and the Advanced Healthcare Solutions segment reported revenue of $1.303 billion, up 1.2% year-over-year (0.8% core growth).
