News Corp Repurchases $115M in Shares

News Corp said it repurchased 4,737,404 shares before the previous day and another 86,681 shares on the previous day, spending a total of US$115.1 million and US$2.15 million, respectively.

The company said the highest price paid in the buyback was US$27.21 on Feb. 2, 2026, while the lowest was US$22.20 on Feb. 9, 2026. In the most recent daily update, the company reported the prior-day average price at about US$24.95 and US$24.41, based on the two daily figures disclosed.

News Corp’s 2025 repurchase program authorizes up to US$1 billion of its Nasdaq-listed Class A and Class B common stock. The company said it has bought back about US$182.1 million of those shares to date, leaving roughly US$817.9 million remaining under the program.

The program covers Class A and Class B common stock only; no ASX-listed CDIs are included. Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is acting as broker.
