Moody’s Corporation named Christina Kosmowski as chief executive officer of Moody’s Analytics, the company’s $3.6 billion division, effective in June.
Kosmowski joins from LogicMonitor, where she served as CEO after leading growth strategy and global expansion. Before that, she was chief customer officer at Slack, helping scale the customer success and enterprise go-to-market organizations as Slack grew to $1 billion in revenue and through its direct listing. She also spent 15 years at Salesforce, where she led a $4 billion revenue organization.
The appointment comes as Moody’s places its analytics unit at the center of its growth strategy, with the division focused on connected intelligence and AI platforms for financial institutions and enterprises worldwide.
Moody’s said the company has about 16,000 employees across more than 40 countries. Kosmowski has also served on the board of Nasuni, is a founding partner of Operator Collective, and sits on the Board of Trustees at Northwestern University. Following these announcements, the company's shares moved 0.99%, and are now trading at a price of $432.28. For more information, read the company's full 8-K submission here.
