Astec Industries Names Chad Hartley as Group President of Infrastructure Solutions

Astec Industries named Chad Hartley group president of its Infrastructure Solutions unit, effective May 11, 2026, and added him to its executive leadership team.

Hartley joins from Regal Rexnord, where he was president of Conveyance Solutions. Before that, he served as senior vice president of global sales and marketing, and earlier held roles spanning operations, supply chain, sales and marketing, and general management, including an assignment in Shanghai as vice president and general manager.

Astec said Hartley will lead the Infrastructure Solutions group, which covers road building, asphalt and concrete plants, and thermal and storage solutions. The company’s other operating segment is Materials Solutions, which includes aggregate processing equipment.

Chief Executive Officer Jaco van der Merwe said Hartley brings experience in large, multinational manufacturing operations and a track record of driving results. Hartley said he plans to build on Astec’s innovation and customer focus while pushing operational, product and commercial excellence.
