The announcement marks the first public confirmation of negotiations between the two companies. LCI Industries, which operates through its Lippert subsidiary, supplies engineered components to OEM and aftermarket customers in the RV and transportation sectors. Patrick Industries also serves the RV market and adjacent transportation and housing end markets.
