Sunoco LP lifted its quarterly distribution to $0.9899 per common unit for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, up from the prior quarter’s payout by $0.0582, or about 6.25%.
On an annualized basis, the new distribution equals $3.9596 per unit. That compares with an annualized rate of about $3.7248 in the fourth quarter of 2025, based on the stated increase.
The partnership said the latest hike includes a one-time 5% step-up plus a regular quarterly increase of 1.25%. It is the sixth straight quarter Sunoco has raised its distribution.
Versus the first quarter of 2025, the annualized distribution is up about 10%. Sunoco said its distribution increases have been 2% in 2023, 4% in 2024 and 5% in 2025, with the latest move extending that pattern.
