Cheniere Energy declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.555 per common share, payable May 19, 2026, to shareholders of record as of May 11, 2026.

The company did not provide a prior dividend in the release, so there was no quarter-over-quarter change to calculate from the announcement alone. The new payout follows Cheniere’s reporting that it operates more than 53 million tonnes per annum of LNG production capacity, with about 8 million tonnes per annum more under construction.
