Lululemon Adds Esi Eggleston Bracey to Board

Lululemon has added Esi Eggleston Bracey to its board of directors, effective immediately, expanding the company’s recent board refreshment effort. With her appointment, Lululemon said it has named six new independent directors over the past five years.

Bracey most recently served as chief growth and marketing officer at Unilever, where she oversaw the global transformation of marketing across a portfolio of more than 400 brands. Before that, she was president of Unilever USA and chief executive of Unilever Personal Care, North America, and earlier held senior leadership roles at Coty and Procter & Gamble.

She will stand for election at Lululemon’s 2026 annual meeting in place of Shane Grant, who will not seek re-election at the end of his current term. The company said Grant’s departure follows his service on the board, where he contributed global perspective and consumer insight.

The board said the appointment comes as it continues to reshape its leadership. Marti Morfitt said the company is confident in its refreshed board and noted that Heidi O’Neill has been chosen as Lululemon’s next chief executive. Bracey is the latest addition to a board that Lululemon says has been steadily refreshed over the last five years. The market has reacted to these announcements by moving the company's shares 1.51% to a price of $143.80. If you want to know more, read the company's complete 8-K report here.
